Right of Revocation - Cancellation policy for consumers
If the customer is a consumer (according to § 13 BGB, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity), the following right of cancellation applies to them:
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
As you have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, we ask you to repay immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return or hand over the goods to us promptly. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
We do not bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any handling of the goods that is not necessary for inspecting their condition, properties, and functionality.
