Major consumer survey decides: Fensterdichtungen.org is one of the best online stores of 2023

The Bad Wünnenberg-based family business Stareno GmbH has been named Best Online Shop 2023 in the window and door seals category for its online store www.fensterdichtungen.org by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the TV news channel ntv. Around 80,000 customer opinions decided on the best companies in 102 categories.
The customer satisfaction survey focused on the categories of value for money, product range, customer service, website/app, order and payment terms as well as shipping and returns. A total of 1001 stores were evaluated and, according to customer opinions, not only online giants such as H&M, Ikea or MediaMarkt are among the best online stores in 2023, but also the window and door sealant company founded by Managing Director Hardy Zich.
From the original specialist company for windows and doors, Stareno GmbH, Hardy Zich launched the online store "fensterdichtungen.org" in 2013. The company specialized in older window and door seals, particularly those made of wood and plastic, which are offered to end consumers. In this context, customer service and support from purchase to installation are the top priorities.
He is now passing on his decades of expertise in the field of windows and doors to his children Sarah and Noel Zich, who will continue to run the company in the future. Both accepted the award on behalf of the entire company at an award ceremony at the Bertelsmann representative office in Berlin.
The product window seal is often underestimated: with little effort and simple application, it offers great benefits for the end user and can extend the service life of windows. Gaskets are crucial to ensure that windows are airtight, watertight and energy efficient. By reducing energy consumption, window seals can lead to significant cost savings, which in turn leads to a reduction in CO2 emissions and ecological footprint.

In 2024, the family-run company Stareno GmbH has once again won the prestigious "Germany's Best Online Shop 2024" award in the windows and doors category.
The consumer survey was conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), which identified the best companies in a total of 98 categories. Customers rated 876 stores in the areas of value for money, product range, customer service, website/app, ordering and payment terms as well as shipping and returns.
With this new award, the online store "fensterdichtungen.org" proves that they continue to be a reliable partner for end consumers and stand for high quality and excellent service.
